Delete your RideShare Helper account and associated data
You can initiate deletion even if the app is no longer installed. Sign in on the website and use Account - Delete account. The flow cancels an active renewal before erasure and confirms if a legally required limited record must be retained.
If you cannot sign in, send the request from the email associated with the account. Support may request proportionate identity verification and will never ask for your password or full card details.
Deleting the app or clearing a licence from the phone does not cancel a subscription or delete the server account. Use one of the paths above.
