RideShare HelperSupport: support@ridesharehelper.app
RideShare Helper determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this notice. For questions, requests or the exercise of data-protection rights, contact support@ridesharehelper.app. We collect data you provide directly (account, requests and preferences), data received from Lemon Squeezy for subscriptions, and technical or telemetry data sent by the APK or browser only through the flows described below.
Account, authentication, licence and subscription data are processed to enter into and perform the contract. Financial and legal-request evidence is retained for legal obligations and legal claims. Security, fraud prevention and abuse controls rely on legitimate interests only after necessity and impact assessment. Marketing, TikTok and optional telemetry rely on the applicable choice and can be withdrawn.
Categories may include name/email, password hash or OAuth identifier, sessions/MFA, plan/licence, pseudonymous device identifiers, payment events, support, preferences, technical data, scores/recommendations and, if telemetry is enabled, minimised offer, trip and location data. Card data is collected by Lemon Squeezy, not RideShare Helper. Do not put passwords or card data in tickets.
The APK analyses Bolt/Uber screens locally. Detailed diagnostic data needs a separate choice, is time-limited and must be erased on withdrawal or expiry. Coarse coordinates, hashes and pseudonyms can remain personal data; we do not automatically call them anonymous.
Recipients may include, depending on the services and options used, Lemon Squeezy, Railway, Cloudflare/R2, Resend, Google OAuth/Maps/Fonts/FCM, TikTok, Anthropic and BulkGate, plus authorised staff or a fleet manager for separately explained information. Providers receive only the data necessary for their role and are subject to applicable contractual terms and safeguards. For transfers outside the EEA, we use the applicable legal mechanism and available safeguards; request further information at support@ridesharehelper.app.
Each category is kept only for its documented period: sessions until expiry, detailed diagnostics for at most 24 hours, operational data for its stated purpose, and minimum financial, contractual, consent, complaint and security evidence under legal duties and claim periods. Account deletion removes operational data, the account email, raw payment attributes, and matched webhook payloads/signatures; only minimised evidence subject to a duty or documented legal hold may remain. Already-sent email queue records are removed within 30 days under the retention schedule. Backups expire within the configured window and erasure tombstones are reapplied after restoration.
You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal. Submit and track a request at /account/legal or send it to support@ridesharehelper.app. We respond within the applicable GDPR period and communicate any extension or restriction permitted by law. You can complain to the Romanian ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or go to court.
Recommendations and scores use operational data to inform the driver; they do not automatically accept/reject rides and, in their current form, do not produce legal or similarly significant decisions. A material change to logic or effect requires reassessment and new transparency. Account and payment data are necessary for the contract; marketing and optional telemetry are not mandatory.
