If you enter into a B2C contract online, you normally have 14 days to communicate withdrawal through an unequivocal statement. You may use /account/legal or support@ridesharehelper.app; no special form is mandatory.

By expressly requesting immediate activation, you agree that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires. This request is not a general and automatic waiver of statutory rights. If you withdraw after performance begins, only the proportionate amount permitted by law for the service supplied before notice may be due.

After a valid withdrawal, access may be stopped and reimbursable sums are returned without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, normally using the original payment method. Separate rights relating to lack of conformity of the digital service remain available.
