We use the strictly necessary connect.sid cookie for authentication and session security; it does not require advertising consent and expires under the session configuration. The advertising choice is stored locally with the policy version and timestamp. TikTok Pixel and advertising-measurement events load or transmit only after an affirmative choice; refusal is as easy as acceptance and events occurring before consent are not sent retrospectively. For signed-in users we keep pseudonymous, versioned, immutable evidence of grant or withdrawal. Reopen settings from the footer and withdraw at any time without affecting the core service. External content such as maps is loaded only where needed and may use provider technologies described by that provider. Advertising consent is not reused for email marketing or APK telemetry, which have separate controls.
